 Modular cleanroom systems

A modular cleanroom is a self-contained and expandable area.

Compared to a stationary cleanroom solution, such a module is more cost-efficient and still qualified according to DIN EN ISO-14664 or GMP.

The design of such areas makes it possible to divide the space into separate zones with different cleanliness levels and to expand them as required.

Features and properties

Modular structures are usually in no way dependent on the building in which they are installed. Thus, after disassembly, these rooms can be transported to other facilities. Therefore, already during the installation of such modules, compared to stationary construction, a lot of planning time is saved - since there is no intervention in the existing building and you do not have to stop running processes. If more space is needed, modular rooms can be linked together using the building block principle.

Advantages of a modular system

Easy extensibility

Is achieved by removing a wall and adding another module. This makes it possible to expand the room and change its configuration or divide it into smaller zones.

Full technical equipment

The electrical equipment and wiring are a part of the construction, which are installed either in the ceiling or walls.

Fast installation

For the construction of such rooms, fewer days are needed than for a stationary cleanroom. The assembly of the flexible clean room in the construction zone of the future use, practically does not interfere with the execution of the processes in the adjacent structures.

Cost efficient

Normally, modular rooms are not considered part of the building, so their actual purchase value is lower than that of stationary facilities.
