THE cleanroom is a integral solution for maximum efficiency in your company's zero-defect production. Each component of our cleanrooms is made of high quality material and of the latest technology. Our assembly, in addition to successful qualification , ensures maximum sealing of the cleanroom so that germs can not penetrate and stable air circulation remains. Our ionization modules IAM provide air ionization , which prevents static discharges on surfaces and ensures trouble-free manufacturing of products. The material used has smooth surfaces that are optimized for easy cleaning and yet are of high strength. Resistance to aggressive cleaning and disinfectant solutions, as well as almost endless durability, is a matter of course for us.
Types of cleanrooms
Technically, there are two options for cleanroom design.
Modular structures
When the cleanroom is delivered directly from the manufacturer and final assembled on site. With this method, the cleanroom can be easily erected within any industrial area, with the surrounding space organized as a secondary room.
Building cleanrooms on site or reconstructing existing rooms.
Unlike modular cleanrooms, a stationary cleanroom is built from scratch. It should be noted that above a certain size or shape, a steel structure is built as a "skeleton".
DIN and ISO
THE cleanroom is built by us independently in cleanroom quality in the cleanroom classes DIN EN ISO-14664 or GMP.
But also without cleanroom quality if you need a cleanroom solution.
